Cooling Visit

During your cooling visit, Climate Control performs the following:

Replace filter (1in) / clean EAC if included on agreement
Wipe off blower motor/wheel, blower inlet and check motor bearings
Check electrical connections
Clean condensate drain/cycle condensate pump
Brush off condensing coil
Inspect refrigeration system for leaks
Test and record temperature split at evaporator (18-22) degrees
Test and record temperature split at condenser (20-35) degrees
Test and record compressor amperage draw
Record ambient air temperature
Test capacitors
Record static pressure of duct system (as required)
Clean and wipe off equipment
Cycle unit at thermostat/confirm settings

Heating Visit

During your heating visit, Climate Control performs the following:

Replace filter (1in) / clean EAC if included on agreement
Wipe off blower motor/wheel, blower inlet and check motor bearings
Check electrical connections
Clean condensate drain/cycle pump (if required in heating)
Clean burners as required
Inspect heat exchanger
Check gas pressure as required
Record static pressure of duct system
Record temperature rise-high and low if required
Check venting integrity
Clean/check flame sensor
Check HSI/spark ignitor
Test capacitors
Replace humidifier pad if on agreement
Check draft inducer assembly
Cycle unit at thermostat
